B. Usage Information

We process your chats with other users and track your last active status to provide "Time Ago" updates.

In accordance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, Blowskill Pvt Ltd is a provider of an interactive service and is not legally responsible for content posted by users. However:

We have Zero Tolerance for abusive content, nudity, or harassment.
Block & Report: Users can block any profile or report abusive behavior directly via the 'Report User' button.
Our moderators check content and photos systematically to ensure consistency.

5. SAFETY GUIDELINES (DO'S & DON'TS)

Safety First: Matchmaking can be tricky. Use your instincts.

Be Anonymous: Guard your personal contact details until you trust the other person.
Meet Safely: Always meet in a public place (coffee shops, malls) and tell a friend where you are going.
No Money: Never send money to anyone you meet online. Real members will never ask for financial help.

6. PAID MEMBERSHIPS & COMMERCE

HeartBeat offers 10 free matches. For unlimited access, users must purchase a Premium Membership. All payments are processed through secure financial institutions or app store platforms (iOS/Android).
